  • Shipment: Dispatching replacement items to arrive before current stock expires.
  • Documentation: Maintaining records of notifications, communications, and shipments.

Dental Practice Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate expiry dates for all emergency drug kit items.
  • Verify replacement items upon receipt and report any issues within 3 days.
  • Store all items according to manufacturer guidelines to maintain efficacy.

Avail Wholesale Responsibilities

  • Notify practices in advance of upcoming expirations.
  • Supply only items that meet regulatory requirements and valid expiry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records relating to the service.

Quality Control & Compliance

While Avail Wholesale makes every effort to provide timely replacements, the dental practice remains responsible for maintaining a complete and compliant emergency drug kit. Avail Wholesale is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the practice, unreported usage, or replacements made outside of this service.

Whilst we aim to supply replacement stock with a minimum shelf life of one year, this cannot be guaranteed for all items due to market availability.
